I am an Advanced Level 3 Pilates Instructor. I am passionate about the body and how we can move more freely. To me movement is medicine for the body, and movement can offer freedom from aches and pains. I especially love how the body wants to make life easy for itself and when we concentrate and focus we can affect it for the better through correct movement, which leads to improved physical and mental wellbeing.
I specialise in Trigger Point Pilates (Myofascia release), Pilates for Back Care, Matwork Pilates, Pilates On the Ball and Pilates with small equipment. With a focus on balancing the body, improving wellbeing, physical confidence and freeing movement.
I love and am passionate about teaching Pregnancy and Postnatal Pilates and have 4 children who have changed my own body and the way it moves. This has furthered my understanding to help women through this most wonderful of life changing times.
I have been teaching Pilates since 2003 and I really enjoy seeing the delight in people when they reach own personal goals, feel the benefits for themselves and come back for more.
