This combination of Pilates exercises with Myofascial Release (which is traditionally a hands-on therapy). Tight myofascia can interfere with the proper engagement of core muscles, so releasing it results in better proprioceptive awareness.
Matwork - If you want a new body reshaped, rebalanced and realigned a stronger, longer, leaner more mobile body then this class is for you.
Back Care - These sessions start off with functional mobility, moving on to strength work, then relaxation finishing off with deep stretching exercises, done within your own ability and range of movement.
Beginner - An exciting class for anyone who wants to ‘have a go’ and discover a whole new way of moving. Both men and women find great pleasure in the ‘feel good’ factor this class offers.

This session will focus on your changing posture throughout pregnancy, help you to mobilise and gently stretch your body, find comfortable positions to ease aches and pains, finishing with relaxation techniques to help with labour and birth
This class is for pregnant clients and is aimed at girls in their second and third trimester. It's main focus is to help the changing body release tightness and aches in a holistic way using the Trigger Point Pilates exercise and fascia fitness system. After a session you will hopefully feel a sense of relief, release and relaxation within your ever changing body
This session is aimed at promoting circulation and aiding recovery of the abdominal area, in particular the pelvic floor, to prevent prolapse and stress incontinence. It will help aid physical and psychological recovery and improve back and sacroiliac pain. In addition the session will aid weight reduction and has a social aspect too

I am a retiree. Esther's classes encourage me to maintain good posture and greater flexibility. More importantly, everyone can progress at their own comfortable pace.
I have been attending Pilates classes with Esther for two years and have enjoyed every class. As a more mature pupil, I find it has been beneficial to know the best way to promote good balance, posture, movement and keeping subtle.
Since joining Pilates 18 months ago, I have enjoyed all the classes and the teaching is very easy to follow. I have also managed to carry out lots of different movements that I was un able to do before and I find the stretches and balancing very useful. I would recommend this class to anyone who is looking for gentle and fun exercise.
Esther is so enthusiastic about Pilates and it's infectious. I suffer with hyper-mobility and she is very aware of what I can and cannot do.
