The Postnatal Pilates with your Baby session uses the principles of Pilates and is aimed
at promoting circulation and aiding recovery of the abdominal area, in particular the pelvic floor, to prevent prolapse and stress
incontinence. It will help aid physical and psychological recovery and improve back and sacroiliac pain. In addition the session will
aid weight reduction and have a social aspect too. All you need to do is bring your baby along with you and to wear loose comfortable
clothing. There will only be Mums and there babies in this special class so if you need to feed or change a nappy you can do so without
leaving the room.
