The On The Ball session combines Pilates moves with the gym ball.
This increases balance and core strength as the ball can be difficult to control, because of this your deep abdominal muscles
have to work very hard to keep you balanced during each exercise and move. This has a positive effect on the whole body by
strengthening weak muscles, through correct posture positioning, controlled flowing moves and good balance. The class is
suitable for beginners through to advanced students through a layered teaching technique with many levels for each exercise.
