The Matwork session closely follows the original Pilates moves and principles.
It is a great workout that will help you change the way you look, the way you feel and the way you move. If you want a new body
reshaped, rebalanced and realigned a stronger, longer, leaner more mobile body then this class is for you. We use various pieces
of equipment that add variety and interest to each session. The class is suitable for beginners through to advanced students
through a layered teaching technique with many levels for each exercise.
Each download has a password which you will have received by attending the session.
