The Beginner session is for people who haven’t done Pilates before or for those who have tried and want to have another go. The aim of these sessions is to improve posture, develop better balance, increase mobility of the spine and flexibility and strengthen core abdominal muscles. This is an exciting class for anyone who wants to ‘have a go’ and discover a whole new way of moving. Both men and women find great pleasure in the ‘feel good’ feeling this class offers.
